New Subforum

Hey,

Elven this is a request to you.

Since I make a lot of maps just for fun (they are not always fun but fun to make), I would like another subforum in maparchive ( not in ThaSlayerb's map archive but just in The subforum Maparchive) Named Fun maps.

Give it a discription that makes clear these maps are not masterpieces of anykind, mostly just rubbish.
But than I get the feeling I can share my stupid maps, and maybe even, if I get some feedback, make it a good map, ( what they original where not intended to be that way

Just make new topic into your ThaSlayerb and notice in the beginning that it is fun map, not serious map .

I dont think we need special sub for that.

But.. some ppl are sarchign for FUN maps... than they see it without searching

Then those people who searches fun maps shouldn't be so lazy. If u put Fun map then they can spot instantly what is fun map. They just need to make few extra click to check each mapper folder!

no.. you shouldnt be so lazy.... you can create with a few extra clicks... for example if there are 10 ppl who want a fun map thats 10times a few extra clicks. if you just make subforum.. it is 1 time few extra clicks

Omg. Well, those 2 people can put some efforts too to find fun maps. It would be too much enought if u put [Fun Map] at the beginning of map.

anyway, if you make fun map, then this is ur creation and it goes to ur maps.

Since Thaslayerb only wrote "..." which is 3 charectors, and Elven wrote "Lolz " which is 7 charectors...

So right now, It's Thaslayerb (just barely)...

i must admit, that is some profound logic
BUT
why are you saying Thaslayerb is lazy? he is asking to make it not easy for him, but for the people to access the content. thus, it is elven vs. the people finding the map, not that Thaslayerb is lazy
and about the actual topic, i kinda have to side with elven, that the map should be placed under the creator.

Haha if you put this idea into effect.. I may ask for an area of my own in there.. I've got a few crappy maps which were just fun to make that would likely never pass off as decent maps!

..on the good news, I'm getting the hang of scripting and improving my detail ability with these mapcraps.
