Naval Punishment Empty Naval Punishment

This map I made in 5 minutes from the thought of an all naval fight. No land whatsoever, 1 vs 1 each player gets docks from all 3 factions, and 2 ore nodes. In addition, there are 4 other ore nodes in sets of 2 that can be fought for.
