list of laggers...

I've made this so you can put names of all those who lag, and if you want, talk about them, we all hate laggers as far as I know, tell who lags so we can avoid laggy games, don't put down names if it's a naturally laggy map though, the only one I know that's naturally laggy is tech theft every match it lags.
