Rules and useful information

Well, before remember, i want to understand what you are saying, so please use formal language.

Because it is more open topic, there isn't any big special rules so we wait all kind of suggestions.

But still few notices about (WIP) map suggestions:

Please don't post stupid questions what is probably old bug now.
We want your suggestion, so please give us thing, what i can really recall suggestion, not just notice.

There isn't much to say, so... good posting ^^!
