Weird water

I'm just a beginner to world builder but I made a map whit some water but when i play the map there is no water.
On world builder i can see the water

Put on reflection

The reflection is allready on.
I can see the water in world builder but when i play the map there is no water en everyone can walk around in the place where I made water.

set water height 200, it has always be 200

i did that (i knew it from a tutorial)

Set the points of the ocean in all corners outside the border. If it still does not work, post the map here and I will look into it.

i did that but i deleted all my maps by accident.
(it wasn't a good one either)
