it doesnt come out earlier.
1 anime - 1 week
1 manga book - 1 week (though, some manga series release multiple chapters at a time)
just that certain anime doesnt have manga

but i still agree that manga is superior in most instances

Manga is slow.

1 week = 1 anime = 1 chapter

but 1 episode = like 3 chapters.

in other words, anime is going much faster then manga. Thats why animes need to make fillers. Like Naruto, Bleach or One piece. Ofcourse it sucks. This also reason for season 2 and 3 and so on...
