sounds like a good start. idk, i gues one person can start with a few air units and keep some consistency in the units each palyer gets, i suppose.

that's what i thought and, it's kinda hard to have all diff units and still keep it somewhat fair or in your expectations of what units can be used

umm units.... thats pretty hard to do, does it include air? land? or water?
because you could do it so that allies get to start with some uber air units and an air field. sovs get wf and empire gets dock, but i dont know what allowed and whats not
