cant you get them in the normal Ra3!!!
if you mean the faction special power,allies dont have one atm and other factions have 1 and they get it by building their t3 building (battle lab or mainframe)

Migs are the best because of the dogfighting.Harbingers easily die to a few migs.Chrono Tank AA missile is weaker than one FT shot,a few twinblades will do short work of them.You also get a FoW clear when they get a Chronosphere...

well, im not saying specifically against allies, but in order to get chrono tanks, you must build airfield, so you can easily get Apollos... but the better alternative is the ifvs.. which rape aircraft. and harbringers arent very good if you get rushed, so those are sorta out of the question. how would you counter sov vs empire?

empire doesnt have much new :S and grinder beams would still pwn GK Onis

no,it doesnt oneshot

it doesnt one shot.. but after that secondary, the apoc will be weak enough so it could kill it...
